Setting up your browser:
From the top of your browser select "Tools"

1. In Tools go down to "Internet Options"
2. In the Internet Options window, select the "Privacy" tab
3. In the Privacy settings, select the "Sites" button.
4. In the Sites window, we need to "allow" ams360.com as a site
5. In the space provided, put ams360.com and select "allow"
6. Close all Explorer browsers and reopen
7. You can now log in to your Client Service Center 24x7
