Broker of Record Letter

A broker of record letter is an industry process to transfer your current policies to a new agent/brokerage you choose.

If you would like Commercial Coverage as your new broker BEFORE your current insurance coverage expires all you have to do is:

1. Call us to discuss your Commercial Coverage: 415-436-9800
2. Decide you want Commercial Coverage to service your account
3. Download the following Broker of Record form here
4. Sign and fax back to 415-520-0297

We will call to confirm receipt of your request.  It will take 5 days before the change in broker is recognized by all carriers, but we work for you on day 1.
